Appointments and scheduling
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day requests are accepted based on availability and may include a rush fee. A minimum one-hour service charge applies to all bookings.
Payment details
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major payment methods. Grocery orders, shopping requests, and other purchases must be paid for by the client before or at the time of purchase.
Cancellation policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged up to the full scheduled service fee.
Confidentiality and professional boundaries
Your privacy is important. All personal information, schedules, addresses, and client details are kept confidential. We provide non-medical concierge, errand, and personal assistant services. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
